Another brutally soggy day on tap. Hoping the rain holds off until the market finishes up. So the last batch of Wild Ramp Pesto until next years ramp season returns. Probably start making asparagus pesto next week.
Plenty of bunched asparagus today and a real nice Asparagus Potato Sorrel soup.
Salad turnips are in and really nice eaten sliced thin, raw, with rice wine vinegar. Sautee the greens up with some lemon, butter and salt.
