So French Onion Soup--It's at Red Hen Bakery and the Hunger Mtn Coop in Montpelier the next few days. It's not quite finished. You need to float a piece of good bread on top with some cheese on it. I highly recommend a mix of fresh mozzerella, good parmesean, and emanthaler. In a pinch sharp cheddah.

  1. oh ! sometimes , when we were students my friends & I used to have a soupe à l'oignon, very soon in the morning ,coming back from "discotheque" in a bistrot close to the market & therefor opened at 6AM , Rennes.
